Colorizing
Step 1: Open up your image. Im going to use Ashley Simpson's picture.
Step 2: Go to Image » Adjustment » Hue/Saturation.
Step 3: When the pop up comes. Check/Mark the Colorize.
Step 4: Play with the colors by changing the Hue's number. I choose 88.
