Here's the before & after :

Step 1: Open your image, Go to layers

  • Duplicate.

    Step 2: Adjust

  • Blur
  • Gaussian Blur.

    Step 3: The pop up will comes up, set the settings like this:

    Step 4: Go to the right lower sidebar then click on the arrow on drop down menu. Like this:

    Step 5: Select overlay. Done!

    Done!
